Manalapan is a town of ocean to Intracoastal estates, where a single property may touch both the Atlantic and the lagoon. It is also where several of Canopy's most demanding waterfront projects have taken shape. These are large, exposed sites that ask for both grandeur and genuine resilience.

Double water frontage means double the exposure. We buffer the ocean side against salt and wind while opening the Intracoastal side to light and breeze, grading and draining the whole so that storm water and surge move away from the residence. Privacy planting is engineered to screen without smothering the views that make Manalapan what it is.
